Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Libaas -E -Jashn. If you're not entirely satisfied, we've made the return process simple.

• Duration: We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
• State of Return: All returned clothing items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, undamaged, and have all original tags and labels attached. Items smelling of perfume, smoke, or showing any signs of wear will not be accepted.

We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Fit/Style Issues: The item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected.
• Damaged Product: The item arrived damaged or defective.
• Wrong Product: You received a product different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size or color).

Note: Items clearly marked as Final Sale or Clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at ashu_freedom2007@rediffmail.com or call us at 9315752042.
2. Provide Details: In your request, please include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
3. Receive Authorization: Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the detailed shipping address for the return warehouse. Do not send the item back before receiving this authorization.
4. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
   
   • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for packages lost in return transit.

• Inspection: Once we receive your return package, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the State of Return conditions (unworn, with tags, etc.).
• Refund Approval: If the return is approved, your refund will be processed.
• Refund Duration: The refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5-10 business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
• Deductions: The original shipping cost is non-refundable. If your return was initiated due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will refund the return shipping costs.
